The Occasional Cupcake

The Occasional Cupcake is a family owned business that was originally started after my husband watched an episode of Shark Tank where two women introduced cupcakes in a jar. We started out with the jar idea at the local farmer's market and soon expanded to include a smaller size offered in cups. While we still make the jars on occasion, the cupcake in a cup that you eat with a spoon quickly became our biggest seller. Thanks to my husband's love of business and Shark Tank, my love of baking, and the patrons of the Harker Heights Farmer's Market; The Occasional Cupcake was born.
